Shoe Box Project - Nov 13th
We need your help! We need shoe boxes, gifts to pack and wrapping paper. Everyone should bring at least 1 shoebox (more if you have them). This is a great mission project in which we can give back to our local community. If you did not sign up, no worries. Here is what we need to pack in the boxes:
Books, toys, hygeine products, school supplies, crayons, etc. Anything that can fit into a shoe box and that a child would like to get, please bring. The more gifts you bring, the more boxes we can send off. Please bring them Sabbath afternoon!
Here is the itinerary for November 13th:
2:30 Scavenger hunt with directors
3:15 Wrap boxes and cut labels
4:00 Vespers

Words to Children of the World
Children of the World by Amy Grant. Will be singing for Induction September 25th. We will be singing only the verse. Director Holly will be leading the children. Here are the words:
Chorus:
For the children of the world
Every single little boy and girl
Heaven plants a special seed
And we must have faith for these
Red and yellow, black and white
They are precious in the Father’s eyes
Like the Father may we see
That they have a destiny
And give them the light of love to lead
Chorus:
For the children of the world
Every single little boy and girl
Heaven plants a special seed
And we must have faith for these
Red and yellow, black and white
They are precious in the Father’s eyes
Like the Father may we see
That they have a destiny
And give them the light of love to lead
