Southeastern California Conference Annual Adventurer Beach Day 2013

The annual Southeastern California Conference wide Adventurer beach day at Bolsa Chica State Beach is this Sunday, September 22 from 10:00am to 3:00pm. Complete information regarding this event was in the newsletter available at the first meeting. Here are just a couple of key things to know and remember.

1. Families should come prepared to spend 3-5 hours at the beach. The Azure Hills Adventurer club does not provide snacks, drinks, sunscreen, towels, umbrellas, etc...

2. Please bring shovels, buckets, and anythings else we may need for the sandcastle contest. Azure Hills Adventurers has won 1st place for the past 4 years!

3. Please check in at the table by our banner. We will need to know how many Adventurers and family members are in your party. Furthermore we will need to know whether or not this is a club members first Adventurers beach trip.

4. Have an awesome time, at the beach!!!

We would love to see all of our club members participate.

Bolsa Chica State Beach extends three miles from Seal Beach to the Huntington Beach City Pier. We will be located between Towers #21 & 22. From the 405 or 22 Freeways, take the Bolsa Chica exit south to Warner Avenue. Turn right on Warner Avenue to Pacific Coast Highway (PCH). Turn left at PCH.  Then right into the Bolsa Chica S.B. entrance.  The state
beach use fee is $15 per vehicle.
